CLINIC LOCATION & ACCESS

• Private home-based clinic. Free parking in the visitor lay-by bay.
• Follow signs “The Clinic This Way.” Enter via the brown door on the driveway and gently knock.
   

GUEST POLICY

• Please attend alone — no children or guests.
   

PAYMENT OPTION

• Preferred: Cash or Bank Transfer. Card payments accepted if needed
   

BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT

• Stay hydrated: 2–3 L of water in the 48 hours prior.
  Eat a light meal ~2 hours before.
• Avoid alcohol, smoking and caffeine for 24 hours.
• Wear loose, comfortable clothing.
• Arrive with clean, product-free skin.

CANCELLATION, LATE ARRIVAL & DEPOSIT POLICY

• Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment will result in the forfeiture of the deposit already paid.
• Deposits may be transfered to rescheduled appointments at the clinic’s discretion.
• A 10-minute grace period applies.
• Arrivals after this may result in a shortened session or rescheduling at the clinic’s discretion.
• Failure to attend a booked appointment without prior notice will result in loss of the deposit and the full session fee may apply.

Agreement: By booking your appointment with SmartSkiin Aesthetics, you acknowledge and agree to our Cancellation, Refund and Late Policies.
